The White Family Session in Louisville

Tuesday, February 19th, 2013

When we moved to Louisville we knew next to no one. However, the Louisville culture is so rich with many genuine people. It did not take us long at all to build new friendships. We met the White Family shortly after moving into the area and quickly became friends. The are some of the most wonderful and genuine people you’ll ever met. They have been a blessing in more ways than one to our lives. Which made this session even more special.

Ballerina Art

Monday, February 11th, 2013

My Girls have fallen in love with all things Pink, Ballerinas, or Ballet. I was right in the middle of redecorating the girls room when I came across this quote from President Dieter F. Uchtdorf on pinterest.  I just had to make a piece of art out of it to go in their room. Here is the finished art pieces for their room. I wanted to go with a more abstract art feel. I am not sure which ones will make the final cut but I am really pleased with the outcome. I would love to hear your thoughts in comments below.

Journey Church in Boston Massachusetts

Tuesday, December 4th, 2012

We were blessed to have the opportunity to travel to Boton this past month and photograph Journey Church. In September 2008, after four years of directing BASIC College Ministries, the Lord directed the Murawski family to, like Abraham, leave what is comfortable and step out to a land that I will show you (paraphrase Genesis 12:1-2).  After several months in prayer and waiting on the Lord, they knew very clearly He was directing them to move to Cambridge, near Harvard Square, to start a new church. Journey Church is a new church just off the Harvard Square T stop. Journey Church is an eclectic mix of people from different backgrounds, generations, ethnicities, and viewpoints.  Daniel and I found that although the church was small everyone was so friendly and inviting. Whether you are someone seeking to find out more about a relationship with Jesus Christ, a brand new follower of Jesus, or a seasoned follower of Jesus who doesn’t have a church home, you will be equipped and empowered in your walk with God!
